3-Storey Parking Garage Rehabilitation

Project Management - 2 phases of structural maintenance on 18,000SF of suspended parking structure, including shoring, lifting, concrete repairs and replacement of bearing plates.

Holy Name of Mary - Daycare and Classroom Additions

Site Superintendence - construction of 2 additions to the existing building footprint, consisting of a 5,000SF daycare addition and a 5,000SF, 6-classroom addition. This project also included new playground structures and a new parking lot.

St-Patrick's HS Addition & Renovation

Project Management and Site Superintendent Assistance - this project consisted of the construction of a new 28,000SF classroom, gymnasium and music room addition to the existing building, as well as renovation of the existing building's main entrance. This project also included 2 new parking lots, a new elevator and new water main, storm and sewer lines.

Mudroom Addition

General Contracting - Construction of a new 150SF mudroom entrance addition to an existing home, adding great value and functional square footage
